Here is a step by step of what we do.
Step one, We briefly inspect your house for any pealing, cracking, paint on all the interior surfaces.

All access areas such as: entrances, corridors, kitchen, living room bedroom, and other where a child under age of 6 may or will have an access to will be swipe tested.

Step three, is when your tests are rushed to our partnering labs, and tested in turnaround time chosen by you (anywhere from 24 hours to 10 business days)

With a step four, as soon as results are back from the lab, you will be mailed with Lead Free Certificate.

If for any reason one, or more test were failed, or someone else have failed your test. We have a LEAD Certified remodeling crew that will be able to locate and eliminate your problem right away and All further testing will be at our cost until house will be certified.

And a very final step six, is your tenant signing a copy of lead free certificate and mailing it to:Lead and Healthy Homes Program
